Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

To Make Sure You Qualify For A Refund

 

You must have an RMA number to return items. If product is returned without an RMA number, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. All items must be returned in the original packaging.

Manufacturer Product Updates & Changes

 

Due to occasional manufacturer updates, images shown may differ from the actual product you receive. Returns based on this will be subject to the 20% restocking fee.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

 

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, you may return it for a replacement.

 

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us using our contact us form within 10 days of receipt and let us know the details of the damage. We will then arrange for a replacement product to be sent, along with instructions and a pre-paid label for returning the damaged item. Please return the damaged item in its original packaging.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, please contact us using our within 30 days of receipt of the item for a "Return Authorization Number". We will then give you instructions for your return. All items must be in their original packaging. Once your returned items are received, we will credit the cost of the product minus shipping and handling.

Item Availability:

 

In-Stock Items

 

Most orders normally ship within 1-3 business days (may be 1-5 days during peak seasons such as Christmas).

 

Each product's page includes its availability. This information tells you how many days it will take to process your order for that item. Processing your order includes pulling the items from the warehouse and preparing them for shipping. Once your order is processed, it is then shipped from the warehouse to the shipping address you provide.

 

Depending on the manufacturer of the item, processing times may differ.

Please note: Choosing expedited shipping (like UPS 2nd Day Air) does not decrease the number of days it takes to process your order. It only decreases the time it takes for your order to get to you once it ships from the warehouse. (Update: Expedited shipping options are currently not available.)

 

Out-Of-Stock Items

 

For out-of-stock orders, we will attempt to find the product you ordered through alternate sources and you will be contacted as soon as possible with an ETA.

 

Multiple Item Orders

 

Multiple item orders may arrive in separate shipments. In this case you will receive separate emails providing you with tracking numbers.

 

Shipping Destinations:

 

The 48 Contiguous United States

 

UPS will be used on most orders being shipped inside the United States (except Alaska, Hawaii, APO, and PO Boxes). Shipping rates for UPS Ground are determined during order placement. Please email us for quotes on expedited shipping rates.

 

PO and APO Boxes

 

Use our contact form for rate quotes to PO and APO Boxes. We generally ship via USPS Global Express. Include order items and shipping address, along with your contact information. We will contact you with the shipping rates. If additional shipping charges apply, you will be contacted for verification and approval before your order is shipped.

 

Shipping Methods & Costs:

 

Most of our orders are shipped via UPS Ground, which requires a physical address (not a P.O. Box). Shipping rates for UPS Ground in the continental United States are determined during order placement. Time in transit for most orders are 2-5 business days once the order is processed and shipped from the warehouse.

 

On some occasions, an order may be shipped using USPS.

Expedited Shipping

 

Due to increased shipping costs, we are currently not able to offer expedited shipping options.

You will be notified via email when your order ships and a tracking number will be included for your convenience.

 

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays within the United States.
